Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control system of EV charging piles, the solution covers the full chain: AC-DC power conversion, high-voltage power conversion, isolated gate drive, signal conditioning, and RS-485 smart communication. Integrating IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, SiC diodes, high-voltage SJ/Planar MOSFETs, together with multiple PMICs, precision op-amps, comparators, isolation optocouplers and communication ICs as a full-series power device solution, it delivers efficient power conversion and safety system management, improving overall charging efficiency, operating stability and smart maintenance capability.
